Aleppo Handmade Soap

Aleppo Handmade Soap made with Laurel Berry Oil has so many rich properties. It is anti-microbial and anti-fungal making it a great facial soap, especially for people with acne prone skin. As a shampoo bar Aleppo Soap can be used for people with dandruff. The anti-inflammatory properties in this soap bar make it wonderful for people with sensitive skin. This soap bar does not contain any fragrance or essential oil and has a natural earthy scent. Our Aleppo soap is cured for at least nine months.

It's origin is unknown but said to have been used by Cleopatra and Queen Zenobia of Syria. Usually Aleppo Soap is made with 12% or higher of laurel berry oil, with many suppliers keeping it between 12% - 20%. We like the benefits of this oil and therefore prefer to use it at a higher concentration.

**Handmade soap continues to cure and evaporate its water content. This makes the soap bar harder and milder. Even though the soap bar may weight slightly less it will last longer and provide a fluffier and creamier lather.

For External Use Only - Discontinue Use If Irritation Occurs.

Directions - Lather up with warm water in bath or shower, then rinse clean. To extend the life of the soap bar allow it to dry completely between uses.

Ingredients - Extra Virgin Olive Oil (olea europaea), Laurel Berry (Laurus nobilis) Oil, Aqua (Distilled water), Sodium Hydroxide (Lye).
